Challenge Harmful Behaviour Towards Girls and Women and Support Children At Risk of Exclusion

M.I.N.D.S.E.T System© as a PSHE Intervention

Designed for children at risk of exploitative relationships, permanent exclusion from school, or those known to statutory services.

Since 2013, this intervention has been delivered to over 2,500 children and young adults in custody and 1000 children within school and community settings. This is an innovative intervention that goes beyond behaviour management. We challenge the core beliefs, values, and social narratives shaped by materialism, media influence, and distorted self-worth.

Through meaningful engagement, the intervention helps participants build new internal mindsets that are essential for long-term desistance and positive identity formation.

 R.E.S.P.E.C.T. System© as a PSHE Intervention

"What if your students had the tools to recognise harm, speak up safely, and change the culture around them?"

The R.E.S.P.E.C.T. System© is a 7-step, curriculum-ready framework for boys which tackles harmful sexualised behaviour and language in Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.

✅ Recognise — Students learn to spot early signs of unsafe behaviour, online and offline.
✅ Empathise — They develop emotional literacy to respond with confidence and compassion.
✅ Speak Up — We teach them how to challenge peer pressure and harmful banter—safely.
✅ Practice — Through real-world roleplay, they rehearse what to say and when to say it.
✅ Educate — They gain a clear, age-appropriate understanding of consent and the law.
✅ Choose — They learn to evaluate their friendships and make safer peer choices.
✅ Task — Every session ends with action—something to practise, say, or reflect on right away.

It’s practical, trauma-informed, and ready to slot into your PSHE curriculum tomorrow.

What does the online content look like?

This video gives an overview of the content and production quality built into our programmes.

The content below is designed for staff, showing how the content is structured to support safe, consistent delivery.

The pupil-facing materials are highly engaging, with clear prompts, titles, and “learning point” moments throughout, making sessions interactive, accessible, and easy for young people to connect with.

Importantly, the resources are accessible for different learning styles, using a blend of visual slides, simple language, discussion prompts, practical reflection tasks, and optional extension activities—so staff can adapt delivery for learners who need more structure, more creativity, or more time to process.
