Andrez Harriott is a Criminologist, Sociologist and Organisational Consultant, trained within The Tavistock and Portman NHS Trust, specialising in the use of Systemic and Psychodynamic approaches helping organisations to engage beyond the accepted narrative and explore beneath the surface.
As organisational consultants, The Liminality Group have worked with thousands of executives, clinical leads and clinicians nationally to address the presenting problem(s) with deep sensitivity, helping to explore the dynamics within teams and organisations which can hamper progress or create systems whereby people feel psychologically unsafe within role.
The Liminality Group has delivered a bespoke framework of interteraged care, on behalf of NHS England, to over 2500 children within the secure estate for over a decade supporting high risk, highly complex and highly vulnerable children during distressing moments within their life trajectory.
As an author, Andrez Harriott BSc,MA has contributed to the ‘Diversity and Marginalisation in Forensic Mental Health Care (Routledge:2022) text focusing specifically on children in custody from marginalised communities.
