Join thousands of leaders and practitioners nationally already transforming systems across criminal Justice, mental health, education, and beyond.

Ready to tackle disproportionality across your organisation?

Our two-day experiential, applied learning helps leaders and practitioners explore the deeper dynamics shaping practice, decision-making, and disproportionate outcomes. Through key areas of our 7-Step framework, your team will learn how to:

Identify and challenge harmful homogenous language in practice
Map and respond to disparities across your systems
Reduce adultification bias using a structured 5-step framework
Embed bespoke, culturally informed assessment tools into practice
Create a shared language across teams, services, and leadership
Understand how intergenerational trauma shapes engagement with services

We explore additional steps in more detail during delivery, helping your organisation move from reflection to meaningful change.

Youth Justice Leaders Summit 2025

Andrez Harriott’s keynote at the Youth Justice Leaders Conference 2025 explored disproportionality, adultification, and the importance of holding children in mind at all times.

A powerful conversation on how systems, leadership, and frontline practice must move beyond managing behaviour and begin understanding context, intergenerational trauma, adultification, and the lived experiences shaping children’s lives.

Better outcomes begin with how we see the child.
