Supporting Students
Most at Risk of Exclusion
The Realign Focus Programme — it's a movement for change.......
Â
Designed for children at risk of exploitative relationships, permanent exclusion from school, or those known to statutory services.
Â
This is an innovative intervention that goes beyond behaviour management. We challenge the core beliefs, values, and social narratives shaped by materialism, media influence, and distorted self-worth.
Â
Through meaningful engagement, the Realign Focus Programme helps participants build new internal mindsets that are essential for long-term desistance and positive identity formation.
Â
âś… A Bespoke Journey of Change
Â
At the heart of it is a 12-week programme, tailored to meet the unique needs of each student. Delivered online by accessing our bespoke training hub, pastoral staff are encouraged to support by offering emotional safety whilst the student workbooks and hub videos help participants make sense of their lives.
Â
We recommend a maximum group of 6 children to attend at a time, per 12-session cycle.
Â
We also offer a 3-day residential option that accommodates up to 10 children at an additional cost.
Â
âś… Proven Impact. Trusted Delivery.
Â
Since 2013, this intervention has been delivered to over 2,500 children and young adults in custody and 1000 children within school settings.
Â
âś… Core Sessions Include:
Â
✔️ Welcome and Introduction
