Task:

Using the Flip Chart, map the service user's journey through the system from first contact to discharge or the end of support.

 

  1. “Where are we unintentionally reproducing harm?”

  2. Where are we asking them to fit us, instead of us fitting them?”

  3. “What would it look like to do this differently and consistently?”

Now consider the moments within your systems where minoritised communities, refugees, and asylum seekers may have to work harder to be understood, believed, or held safely.
